Do the rest of us a favor if you buy gun or get a permit....LOCK IT UP SO IT DOESN'T GET USED ON THE NEXT CRIME.

There is an answer it is called CCW PERMIT! Get one before you can not! I hear there is a shortage of bullets right now, can not confirm, ARM thyself! by the time the police show up they will be doing a body count, do not let them count yours!

Reddog..before you get all upset check out the crime stats for Ann Arbor, sometimes the media like to blow things out of proportion just to get people interested: Really..4 negative stories in a row..when we just had a HUGE discussion on hoping that A2 blog.com would change, but guess not. Why haven't we been reading about any of these crimes on here that all have taken place in Ann Arbor, sorry that nothing is more updated..seems like all the websites are not updated to current time..if anyone can find a more update site that would be great: http://www.a2gov.org/government/safetyservices/Police/Documents/police_crime_report_2009-Nov29-Dec5.pdf Or this one that happened on December 8th: ARMED ROBBERY S. Fifth Ave./Hill St. 12-6-09 (3:56 am) The victim was walking on S. Fifth Ave. when he heard someone from behind say excuse me. The suspect who was armed with a knife robbed the victim of money, a drivers license, and credit cards. The suspect then fled the area. Suspect: W/M approximately 25 yrs. and 6 feet tall. or this from A2 blog.com crime stats: http://www.annarbor.com/news/ann-arbor-crime-statistics-for-nov-29---dec-5-2009/ Or this crime map from october 2009: http://www.arborweb.com/articles/crime_maps/ If any of this happened in Ypsi, it would be a full blown article for all to read..oh wait, that's what A2 blog already does! Or how about these crimes that took place yesterday around UM campus: http://police.umich.edu/?s=crime_log&d=2009/12/17 The daily log is a great site to see all the campus happenings by the way.

But remember what Chief Wiggum told Homer: "Doesn't work if you invite 'em in."

Seriously though? We knew it was going to get bad, but this bad? This is getting worse, and the rest of the stories about stuff happening in Ypsilanti Township is just for the birds. One word of warning you thief's. I know your watching what people are saying. Come in my house for any reason and the Castle Doctrine is in full effect. You will not leave alive. Do you understand that? Sheriff department do you understand that? Ypsilanti Township use to be a wonderful place to live. Now its for the dogs. Soon as my property value comes back up if it ever does, I am so out of here.
