A woman getting into her vehicle in Ypsilanti Township was pushed from behind and robbed of her purse early Thursday, according to the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department.

The woman was in the 2000 block of Bryn Mawr Lane at 7:30 a.m. and was getting into her vehicle when a man came from behind, pushed his weight against her and stole her purse, a sheriff's summary said. The purse contained credit cards, cash and driver’s license.

The victim saw two men running from the scene. She was unable to provide detailed descriptions of the men.
