Woman robbed of her purse outside apartment building in Pittsfield Township
An 18-year-old woman was shoved to the ground and robbed of her purse outside Spicetree Apartments in Pittsfield Township late Tuesday, township police reported.
The woman told police she parked her vehicle in the 4800 block of Packard Road, in a lot in the apartment complex, at 11:30 p.m. She was walking to the building when she was approached by a stranger who shoved her to the ground while grabbing her purse, reports said.
The woman was not injured.
Police said the woman could only describe the robber as black and in his late teens.
