"Dog Guy" (why you don't use your real name is beyond me). I have been coordinating the Bike Ypsi Heritage Festival Bike Valet Parking for at least 6 years and my "credentials" are a 27+ year Ypsilant resident (at the same address), the Chair of the City of Ypsilanti Non-Motorized Advisory Committee, a member of the City of Ypsilanti Parks and Recreation Commission, and for a living I am an airline Captain (which has a "little bit" of responsibility to it). I can also completely vouch for the honesty of the volunteers who help out. Quite simply, if you don't trust our adult, responsible volunteers, well then don't bring your bicycle to the Heritage Festival Valet Bicycle Parking. And by the way, we have never, ever "lost" a bike at the valet parking.
