3 men say they were assaulted by man with a stick in Ypsilanti

Ypsilanti police officers investigated a report by three men who said they were assaulted by a man with a stick on Washington Street Wednesday.
A 23-year-old man, 31-year-old man and 39-year-old man said they were assaulted by a man on the street.
They said he was near a dark colored Lincoln LS in the Washington Street parking lot.
All three of the men refused medical treatment.

I nottice a few mentally challeanged walking the street's more and more every year. not being funny but could it be the bad dope people getting their hand's on or maybe a few half way house's and progams to help them but nobody with them to monitor action's by them. after all.
