Laptop computers stolen during burglary in Ypsilanti

Ypsilanti police are investigating a burglary reported Sunday night in the 400 block of South Hamilton Street.

A man reported at 7:08 p.m. that he returned home after being gone for several days to find that a back window was shattered and three laptop computers were stolen, a police crime summary said.

Police do not have any suspects. Anyone with information can call police at (734) 483-9510.

great reporting! However, I can't decide if it't the comment or the story that is more worth reading.

Things certainly aren't getting any better. Lap-tops are popular to thieves. It seems not to matter if you are away from home several hours or several days. An elderly friend had his home broken into a couple days ago, lap top gone and glass all over. (in Rawsonville Woods).
