I have to go to the Ann Arbor Chronicle to read about Zingerman's application for "brownfield status"?? Why? I think Ann Arbor Chronicle is great. I just think it's strange you did not report this yourself. As for the request...for what Zingermans's charges for a sandwich, yes folks that really is just a mortal sandwich, they can pay the taxes right from the start. I hope that once again, Ann Arbor government does not drink the Zingerman's kool aid. First an ugly building proposal and now they don't want to pay full taxes for a while. COME ON!!
