Jen Eyer is the Director of Audience Engagement for AnnArbor.com, overseeing the ways in which readers interact with editorial content. That includes managing social media efforts, taking a lead role in comment moderation, monitoring site traffic and helping identify ways AnnArbor.com can do a better job of engaging the community.

A graduate of Michigan State University's School of Journalism, Jen has worked as a newspaper reporter, a lifestyles editor and as senior news producer at MLive.com.
