Every once in a while I spot someone on the street who makes my head turn. I'm a style shark, so to speak. I think that those who leave their homes after putting more thought into the clothes on their back then just your basic 30-second jeans and t-shirt toss-on, deserve a little recognition. So I've decided to take pictures. I'll do this once a month. My September spotting is Rebecca Stevens. I saw her outside Starbucks and had to know more about this hawt ensemble she was rocking.

Her adorable black cardigan is Anna Sui for Target. It's cotton with a bottom peplum made of swiss dotted tulle. Very rocker meets ballet dancer, worn over a gray tank. She's wearing a pair of dark denim Joe's Jeans, and her beautiful bag is Botkier.

Her leather studded ankle boots from Aldo were stunning.
