We never tire of seeing the images that our readers send in each week for Pet Photo Friday, and we know that this week will be no exception.

The rainy weather earlier this week proved to be an inspiration. Of course, there are some dogs that really don't care for the rain and getting their paws wet, but others — they can't get enough of the puddles, the mud and the mess that comes with them.

And, what is it about digging holes that just fascinates dogs? Most families can tell a few stories of their four-legged friend's earthy escapades in the yard.
