Meet a delightful dog named Kensy, the Ann pet of the week

By Deb Kern

Kensy is available for adoption at the Humane Society of Huron Valley

Meet Kensy, a loveable 4-year-old pitbull terrier mix. Kensy is a well-mannered young lady who is gentle and sweet, and who many of the staff and volunteers at the Humane Society of Huron Valley affectionately refer to as the princess! She’s been through many changes in her young life and is searching for a family that will adopt her and give her the TLC and pampering that she deserves and has been waiting for.

Kensy is clever and a very quick learner and already knows her basic manners. She is also quite affectionate and will cuddle in close to you and wait for pets and pats. This wonderful girl deserves a fairy-tale ending. Are you the family who will rescue her? Kensy would prefer a home with no cats and is hoping to be your one and only companion so she can get the attention she craves.

To visit with this delightful dog, please stop by HSHV any day after 11 a.m.. Kensy's adoption fee is only $100. She has been spayed and is up-to-date on her vaccinations.

HSHV is open daily at 11 a.m. for adoptions. All pets available for adoption are spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccinations, medically and behaviorally evaluated, and they have a microchip ID all included in their low adoption fee. Please make adoption your first option.
