Shot-Z the Weimaraner sings the blues

By Lorrie Shaw

If you've never had the pleasure of hanging out with a Weimaraner, you're missing out.

They're a high-energy, intelligent breed known for their speed and hunting instincts. Extremely loyal and commonly called "velcro dogs" because of their attachment to their people, Weimaraners will habitually "lean" on their owners while at their side.

A focus of William Wegman's work, the dogs have a naturally striking appearance.

The dogs are also famous for their vocalizations and funny facial expressions, and the following video illustrates this perfectly.

Indeed, Trumpet! Shot-Z seems perfectly content to chime in next to his person. I love the interaction. :)
