The Ethiopian cuisine of Ann Arbor's Blue Nile is best enjoyed with a group -- in accordance with the communal dining traditions of the Ethiopian people themselves. The menu features traditionally prepared choices in meat (chicken, lamb, beef) or vegetarian (beans, lentils, collard greens, etc.) dishes, eaten with spongy injera bread from shared plates around the restaurant's distinctive woven tables.
