An Ypsilanti institution, Haab's was established in 1934 by German American brothers Oscar and Otto Haab. Best known for its steaks, especially the New York Strip, the restaurant also offers a variety of seafood, sandwich, salad, and other entrees at very reasonable prices. In fact, once a year during the anniversary of its founding, Haab's welcomes huge crowds into its elegant 19th-century dining room to enjoy dinner at 1934 prices.
