Le Dog has long gone well beyond the lemonade and hot dogs that gave the place its name. With offerings that have drawn attention from national food publications, Le Dog is much more than meets the eye. Operated out of a cash-only booth on Liberty Street (and a barely fancier location on South Main), Le Dog is open just for lunch, which mostly consists of a variety of locally popular, and moderately priced, soups, the most renowned of which is the lobster bisque. The varied menu changes daily. Also watch for occasional special entrees.
