Sava's just relocated from a small space on State Street to take over the former Zanzibar across the street. The new ambience has a spacious, sophisticated, contemporary feel, with high ceilings and elegant decor. The bar is a focal point, near the entrance. There's a huge menu with enough variety to please everyone. In addition to appetizers like black bean cakes and pierogis, there are main course salads, sandwiches, burgers and pasta and beef entrees as well as some desserts, including different homemade crepes and a full fruit and vegetable juice bar. A breakfast menu is available until 3:00 p.m. every day. The upstairs can be rented for events for private parties.
