Swank, contemporary and sophisticated, The Black Pearl is bathed in black, from the walls, to the tables and chairs suspended so high that your feet dangle in mid-air while sitting. It's become a hangout among the young professional set because of the large selection of Martinis -- 18 in all -- that range from fruity to tart in taste. The menu is expansive, offering a range of appetizers, soups and salads. Entrees lean heavily toward fish and seafood. There's live music every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 9:30, adding quite a bit of noise volume to the already loud bar atmosphere.
