The Blue Tractor opened in November 2008. The focus is on American-style lagers instead of English style ales that its sister restaurant, Grizzly Peak, features. It's the only brewpub in Ann Arbor to specialize in barbeque, clearly the highlight here. The restaurant brings barbecue to pork, ribs, brisket and turkey. In addition, there are non-BBQ items, like salads, sandwiches, and fish, and a host of sugary desserts big enough for sharing.
