The Common Grill is located in Chelsea's quaint downtown, a 20 minute drive from Ann Arbor. Meals start out with homemade rolls, served hot. While fish is featured here, with a huge selection of choices, there is also pasta, chicken and beef entrees, as well as pizza, sandwiches and burgers. It's often the destination for those heading to the Purple Rose Theater, so avoid visiting just before or after a production, or you could find yourself waiting for up to an hour or more in the bustling, extremely loud space. The restaurant doesn't take reservations, but has a "call ahead" policy to get your name on a list for more prompt seating.
