Housed in the majestic 1886 Michigan Central Depot, The Gandy Dancer is located in picturesque, historic surroundings that take you back in time, with high ceilings throughout the several large, winding rooms. Train tracks that border the restaurant provide the backdrop to an elegant dining experience. The focus here is fish. You can start your meal by choosing among the many raw bar items. There are many dishes prepared with shrimp, crab or lobster, as well as fresh fish, and some meat options. An extensive brunch menu is offered on Sundays from 10:00 to 2:00. The restaurant is also available for events for private parties.
