Ann Arbor basketball clinic is for middle-school girls

The Ann Arbor Community Education and Recreation Department will conduct a basketball clinic for 6th-8th grade girls Nov. 14 at Skyline High School from 9 a.m.-noon. Participants will be given basketball instruction by coaches and players from Pioneer, Huron and Skyline high schools and participate in a 3-on-3 tournament at the end of the day. Registration is $30, and includes a T-shirt that will get participants into the Skyline-Pioneer game on Jan. 8, and the Huron-Pioneer game on Jan. 22.
