Athletic training students offer a behind-the-scenes look at Michigan sports

By AnnArbor.com Staff

Want to take a behind the scenes look at the Michigan athletic department while helping three of university's students at the same time?

Athletic training students Danny Walen, Brad Kneibel and Jason Williams spent their spring break putting together a six-minute video that showcases their department's role in the athletic department. It's part of a National Athletic Training Student Committee contest.

The top 10 entries, selected based on the number of views by March 31, will be recognized at the NATSC Annual Meeting in New Orleans in June.

The final videos will be judged on message clarity, relevance, factual content, videography and audio, and organization.

"To make it to the finals and ultimately win would highlight what a great program Michigan has to offer and to help people who are unfamiliar with athletic training understand the program better," Williams said.
