Three Michigan football players have been invited to the NFL combine next month in Indianapolis, defensive end Brandon Graham, punter Zoltan Mesko and running back Brandon Minor.

Cornerback Donovan Warren is expected to join Graham, Mesko and Minor at the combine when invitations go out to underclassmen later this month.

Graham is projected as a first- or second-round pick, Warren is expected to go in Rounds 2-4, and Minor and Mesko are possible late-round choices.

Safety/linebacker Stevie Brown and offensive tackle Mark Ortmann were among the Wolverines not included on the initial 256-player combine list, though they still could be invited.

Players are selected for the combine based on votes from NFL scouts and talent evaluators. The goal, according to the combine Web site, "is to invite every player that will be drafted."

Indiana, Iowa and Penn State are the only Big Ten teams to have more seniors invited to the combine than Michigan, which went 5-7 and did not make a bowl game for the second straight year.
