EVANSTON, Ill. -- Soony Saad scored his 15th goal of the season, which proved to be the game-winner in the University of Michigan men's soccer team's 4-2 Big Ten victory over Northwestern on Saturday at Lakeside Field.

Soony Saad, a freshman, now holds the U-M record for most goals scored in a season. Joining the freshman in the scoring-mix were Justin Meram, Alex Wood and Hamoody Saad.

VOLLEYBALL Michigan 3, Ohio State 0: Junior Alex Hunt's 17 kills and .500 hitting percentage led the Wolverines to a sweep of the Buckeyes at Cliff Keen Arena in Ann Arbor.

Eastern Michigan 3, Toledo 0: The Eagles ride Rachel Iaquaniello's 14 kills and Ashely Mason's 36 assists and 16 digs to a home MAC sweep over the Rockets.

WOMEN'S SWIM & DIVE Florida 300, Michigan 129; Stanford 273, Michigan 147: Natasha Moodie's pair of individual wins aren't enough for the Wolverines in their fall to defending national champion Stanford and last season's runner-up Florida.

Oxford (Ohio) 193.5, Eastern Michigan 95.5: Despite EMU sophomore Briana Emig winning three individual events, the Eagles (0-3) fell to the RedHawks in a Mid-American Conference dual meet Saturday in Oxford, Ohio.
