Eastern and Michigan's women's golf teams in action on Monday
The weather warmed up slightly in Michigan on Monday, having many dream of getting out to the golf course. The University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan women's golf teams didn't have to dream as both competed in tournaments.
After day two of three of the Lady Puerto Rico Classic in Rio Grande, the University of Michigan women's golf team is in 13th place out of 18 teams. Meagan Bauer has been the Wolverines' top individual finisher for Michigan so far with a 151, eight strokes off of the lead. (MGoBlue.com Story)
Darby Peters led Eastern Michigan women's golf team with a 20th place individual finish at the Victoria Country Club in Texas on Monday. The Eagles were competing at the 17-team Claud Jacobs Intercollegiate. The Eagles finished in sixth place as a team. (EMUEagles.com Story)
