University of Michigan women's track kicks off season with 3rd straight Akron Open win; Michigan wrestling splits at day 1 of Virginia Duals

The University of Michigan women's track and field team christened the season with a first place finish of 117 points at the 3-team Akron Opener for the third consecutive season on Friday in Akron, Ohio.

WRESTLING Virginia Duals (Day 1): In dramatic fashion, the University of Michigan wrestling team won its final 4 matches against Bucknell, grabbing a 21-15 win to end day 1 competition of the Virginia Duals on Friday in Hampton, Va.
