Eastern Washtenaw Multicultural Academy ends season on losing note

The Eastern Washtenaw Multicultrual Academy eight-man football team dropped its final game of the season to Tekonsha on Friday night, 58-18.

Senior Shadi Farha led the Chargers with 16 carries for 116 yards and two touchdowns.

“Shadi finished his career with clearly over 4,000 yards,” said Charger athletic director Cliff Russell. “Could be 5,000 when we finish tabulating.”

On the other side of the ball, Salem Farha led the team with 11 tackles and two sacks.
