Area student-athletes interested in competing in college (and their parents) are invited to attend a free educational program at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Huron High School's auditorium.

A one-hour presentation from Recruiting Realities will focus on the value of academics in high school and college, unheard of financial opportunities, NCAA guidelines and standards, 10 rules for parents, the role of coaches and athletic directors in recruiting, and more.
