While many schools across Washtenaw County are already closed due to mid-winter break this week, poor road conditions caused many that were open to close on Tuesday.

In addition to canceling classes, Milan High School has rescheduled its home boys basketball game against Monroe Jefferson. The Big Reds will play Jefferson Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. with the J.V. game to precede it at 5:30 p.m.

After the jump is a list of canceled and rescheduled games as well as a list of games confirmed to be going ahead as scheduled.

Rescheduled • Huron boys basketball will play at home versus Adrian at 5:30 p.m. • Huron girls basketball will play at Adrian on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 5:30 p.m. • Willow Run girls basketball will play at Dearborn on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. • Ypsilanti boys basketball will play at Bedford on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. if the power has been restored at Bedford High School. • Eastern Washtenaw Multicultural Academy boys basketball will host Charyl Stockwell Academy on Monday, Mar. 7 at 6 p.m. • Eastern Washtenaw Multicultural Academy girls basketball will host Charyl Stockwell Academy on Friday, Mar. 4 at 6 p.m., but only if the Chargers don't advance to the district finals. • Manchester boys basketball will host Vandercook Lake on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m.

Canceled • Manchester girls basketball versus Blissfield. The game will not be rescheduled. • Huron boys and girls JV basketball games. • Washtenaw Christian boys and girls basketball games versus Westland Huron Valley Lutheran. • Central Academy boys basketball versus Taylor Trillium Academy.

Confirmed going ahead as scheduled • All events involving Pioneer High School teams. • All events involving Dexter High School teams. • All events involving Chelsea High School teams. • SEC bowling championships at Lodge Lanes. • All events involving Father Gabriel Richard High School teams. • Ypsilanti girls basketball vs. Bedford at Ypsilanti High School, 7 p.m.
