We won’t know until Wednesday who will be playing in the Manchester girls basketball district final.

But we do know that no matter who plays in it, it will be our Game of the Week.

The Manchester district final won this week’s poll with 324 out of 594 votes, beating out four other games, including the Huron district final, which came in second place. The game will be played at 7 p.m Friday at Manchester High School.

Five Washtenaw County teams will take part in the six-team Manchester district, which starts with Monday quarterfinals. That includes Manchester (19-1), ranked No. 3 in this week’s Associated Press Class C poll, and Arbor Prep (16-4), ranked No. 9. Willow Run, Greenhills and Whitmore Lake are also in the district, along with Clinton.

Manchester and Arbor Prep are on opposite ends of the bracket, and are favorites to meet in the district final. But we won’t know for sure until Wednesday night, after the semifinals.
