Milan and Lincoln have been the two most successful teams in the "Game of the Week" polls. And with their combined voting power, they're pulling away in the final regular season poll.

The Big Reds visit to Lincoln Friday has earned more than 800 votes as of noon Tuesday, nearly two thirds of the 1,278 votes cast.

Fans have until 6 p.m. today to cast their votes.

Four other games are in the running for the Week 9 title: Father Gabriel Richard vs. Pontiac Notre Dame Prep, Haslett at Chelsea, Pioneer at Livonia Franklin and Dearborn at Skyline.

Pioneer and Chelsea enter Week 9 with five wins apiece, looking to wrap up playoff berths. Gabriel Richard heads to the Prep Bowl for the fourth straight year, looking to top Pontiac Notre Dame Prep Saturday at Ford Field.

All four of those games have their work cut out for them catching up with Milan-Lincoln, a revival of a rivalry dormant since 2006. The two schools played every year for three decades before that and were SEC rivals from 1967-1999.

The Railsplitters, at 5-3, come in looking to lock up a guaranteed playoff spot. But to do that, they'll have to get through a Milan team looking to wrap up its first undefeated regular season since 1997.
