Rudolf Steiner vs. Arbor Prep pulls off upset in Game of the Week vote

By Kyle Austin

The little guys came through, and combined for the biggest Game of the Week win of the season.

Rudolf Steiner’s Tuesday game at Arbor Prep garnered 976 votes in this week’s poll, which ended at noon Saturday. That’s more than double the combined enrollment of the two schools.

It also dwarfed the returns of all four of the other games in this week’s poll, many of which are significantly bigger. Milan’s game against Monroe St. Mary’s Catholic Central came in second place with 250 votes.

That means we’ll be at Arbor Prep at 7 p.m. Tuesday with our full coverage, including a preview story, multiple game stories, photos and a live chat from the site.

Rudolf Steiner comes in at 7-4, while Arbor Prep comes in at 5-4. Both teams won their Friday night games, Arbor Prep 52-43 over Washtenaw Christian and Rudolf Steiner 56-33 over Battle Creek Calhoun Christian.
