Vote in the AnnArbor.com Game of the Week Week 4 poll.

It's hard to believe we're just hours away from the third week of the season being in the books, but that indeed is the case.

No use relishing in the past. Let's look to the future and begin the voting in for the AnnArbor.com/MLive Week 4 Game of the Week poll.

Division play in the Southeastern conference begins next Friday. Before we even get started here, let me preface this poll by stating I am well aware that the Tecumseh at Ypsilanti Lincoln game could very well determine the winner of the SEC White Division if the first two weeks of the season are any indication.

But, Lincoln has been our Game of the Week two weeks in a row, so we're going to give some other teams a chance to jump in there. Variety is, in fact, the spice of life.

Don't worry 'Splitter Nation'. We'll put you back in the poll on of these weeks.

Included on the poll is Ann Arbor Pioneer's game at Saline. The Hornets are rolling under first-year head coach Joe Palka, but Pioneer has a secret weapon: the Hornets' former coach. Mike Glennie was Saline's coach for ten years before resigning last year and is now the offensive coordinator for Pioneer.

Down the road at Riverbank Stadium, Ann Arbor Huron will host perennial power Temperance Bedford. In the SEC White Division, Chelsea takes on coach Brad Bush's alma mater as Ypsilanti rolls into Jerry Niehaus Field.

In non-SEC action, Manchester heads to Addison and Whitmore Lake hosts Britton Deerfield.

Voting goes through next Tuesday at 6 p.m., so if you want your team to get the Super Bowl treatment from AnnArbor.com, vote early and vote often!

Game of the Week coverage:

AnnArbor.com will give the Game of the Week winner its Super Bowl treatment, which will include two reporters covering the game, a live chat that you can follow from your iPhone or Android device, and a photo gallery as well.

Ben, after two weeks in a row of being "Game of the Week," we're trying to spread the love a little. Don't worry, Lincoln will be included on future polls, I promise. Glad to have you and the entire "Splitter Nation" as loyal readers and I promise we will continue to feed the beast. MGoBlue22, Gabriel Richard not being included on this week's poll has to do with the fact that the game is at Pontiac Notre Dame Prep. I'm not saying we won't ever put games where local teams are traveling on the Game of the Week poll, but a trip out to Pontiac for three staff members on a busy Friday night is not ideal, which is why the game wasn't included on this week's poll.

Happy for Lincoln to have a little sucees, but no love for Gabriel Richard??? They have made it to the play offs the past few years and they are 3-0 right now and have one of the biggest games of their year this week. Just saying. Always happy to see whitmore lake get a win, but game of the week, I mean they won a game and all but, picking them of Richard I dont really understand???

Pete, did a little research....Pioneer has been in the poll every week this year and got game one, without Lincoln in the poll.

Pete, I can't pull up previous polls, but I'd like to know if any of the teams you have chosen for week four have also been in the polls for weeks one, two, and three. I'm asking because, if you want to take Lincoln off this week, although their rise after years of trudging through the desert is fun to watch, than I'm sure none of the other schools this week have been on all the other polls. Just because Lincoln has a rabid fan base, finally, doesn't mean that they should be left off as a matter of "fairness". Could you look back and tell us if this week has a team making the fourth appearance in the poll?
