Michigan football roundup, plus a chicken ejected from Yost Ice Arena

With two games remaining on the regular-season schedule, Michigan's hopes of a return to the postseason are hanging by a thread. The Wolverines need a win this Saturday on the road against Wisconsin or in their home finale against Ohio State to qualify for a bowl.

Can they do it?

We'll get a feel for the mood of the team this morning when Rich Rodriguez and select Wolverines meet the media for the first time since Saturday's loss to Purdue. AnnArbor.com will bring you live updates from the Michigan press conference, which begins at 11 a.m.
