Michigan hockey gives up three goals in third period of 4-3 loss to Miami

The Michigan hockey team took a 2-1 lead into the third period against CCHA rival Miami (OH) on Saturday night, but gave up three successive in the frame and eventually fell 4-3.

Alex Guptill, Travis Lynch and Lindsay Sparks all had goals in a losing effort for the Wolverines. Jared Rutledge made the start in net for Michigan (3-2-0, 1-1-0-0 CCHA) and made 31 saves.
