Michigan softball pitcher Jordan Taylor selected for USA Softball roster
Jordan Taylor, who finished her pitching career with the Michigan softball team last month with 107 victories, eight no-hitters and four Big Ten Conference titles, was selected for the USA Softball Women's National Team today.
USA Softball carries an 18-member roster and will begin international play July 9 at the Canadian Open International Championship. The team will also play in the World Cup of Softball in Oklahoma in late July and the Pan American Games in October.
Taylor went 31-5 with a 1.51 earned run average this season for Michigan, which finished 53-6.
