Texas Tech football coach Tommy Tuberville says too much; DUI sends Georgia AD packing and more
New Texas Tech University football coach Tommy Tuberville hasn't coached a game for the Red Raiders and he's already getting a finger-wag from the Big 12 Conference.
Tuberville didn't know when to stop talking in an interview with Rivals Radio, admitting of the Big 12, "We have a 10-team league right now, but I just don't know how long that's gonna last, to be honest with you," as reported by ESPN.com.

Looks like honesty was not the best policy for Tuberville, who was reprimanded by the Big 12, which said the Texas Tech coach "violated a conference standard that prohibits public criticism of members."
Was Tuberville speaking for all of the coaches in the Big 12? AuburnUndercover.com senior editor, Phillip Marshall, thinks so.
