Mr. Knight, Fact is the UM hockey team gets little or no press in the Sunday printed copy of the paper and when it does, its usually buried deep in the sport section after your coverage of something few readers give a rip about like girls high school cross country or synchronized swimming events. This is one of the premier college hockey programs in the country and SE Michigan is arguably one of the hotbeds for hockey in general. In addition to UM, you have the US NTD program located right here in Ann Arbor and just down the road one of the greatest professional franchises not only hockey, but in all of professional sports. Hockey and UM hockey in particular are not an after thought for your readers! Give it the attention it deserves! At this time of year, with the football program in hibernation, it should be front page news of the sport section!

That is very lame. I have it on good word that nobody from annarbor.com covered the games over the weekend and that the new guy covering the team will do a poor job of staying current on the news with this team. Just great.

You should also be noted that the Detroit Free Press had the story and scores of Michigan and The Red wings in the SUNDAY paper

I have to agree with lohoda-- the game ended just before 10 pm last nite and there was not one printed word about a great game or even the game they also won on Fri, against Minn. A Sunday Edition deserves you stay up until 11pm Saturday

Come on, ANNARBOR.COM! Why wasn't this covered in Sunday's printed copy? It's not like there was any UM football or B-ball to cover from the day before. Not sure why I bother to subscribe! It's little improvement over the 2009 Ann Arbor News, which was a pathetic excuse for a newspaper.
