Michigan men, Eastern Michigan women winners in the pool

The University of Michigan men's swimming and diving team and the Eastern Michigan women's swimming and diving team started 2010 on the right foot, as both teams won their first competitions of the New Year on Saturday.

The seventh ranked Wolverines claimed their second team title of the season by winning all 12 events at the seventh annual Orange Bowl Classic at Jacobs Aquatic Center in Key Largo, Fla. (MGoBlue.com story)

The Eastern women won 6 of 8 events at the Florida International University Invitational at Bay Vista Aquatic Center in Ventura, Fla. to edge second place Illinois State, 128-113. (EMUEagles.com story)
