You’ve waited more than 1,000 days for this: The Michigan football team is in a bowl game for the first time since Jan. 1, 2008. And now you have a chance to be in Jacksonville, Fla., for the Gator Bowl on Jan. 1 when Michigan takes on Mississippi State. The winner will receive a prize package valued at more than $3,800 that includes:

Two round-trip tickets from Detroit to Jacksonville, Fla.

Three nights accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.

Two tickets to the Gator Bowl.

There’s more. This package is part of the Michigan Alumni Association trip and also includes transportation to the hotel from the airport, transportation to the game, entrance to a pre-game tailgate and a personalized souvenir package.

All you need to know is some simple Michigan football trivia. If you’re stumped, a quick search on AnnArbor.com will produce the answer.

Each day starting today through Wednesday, Dec. 15, you’ll find a Michigan football trivia question posted on AnnArbor.com starting at 6 a.m. — just look on the homepage or sports topic page to find it. To enter, all you have to do is submit your answer to each day's question. If you miss a day, you can go back and answer all the questions up until the end of the day on Dec. 15. On Dec. 16 we’ll randomly select a winner among all those who have answered all seven questions. The winner will be announced on AnnArbor.com at 8 a.m.

We’ll contact the winner by phone and email. You must be a Michigan resident to win. And if you win, you’ll need to be at the AnnArbor.com office at 301. E. Liberty St. by noon on Dec. 16 and show proper identification to our notary to claim your prize.
