On any metric you'd like to use, Saturday's basketball game between Michigan and Harvard isn't typical.

It's not every day a former head coach goes up against the school that axed him. Yet this is what will happen when Tommy Amaker returns to Michigan to face John Beilein and the Wolverines (1 p.m., Big Ten Network).

As for Beilein, he recognized this situation as "unique," and had kind words for the Crimson.
