Big Ten trophy in Ann Arbor as part of tour of league campuses

The new Big Ten championship trophy is in Ann Arbor, part of the Big Ten Conference "Mobile Tour" taking it to 12 campuses in 12 weeks before the inaugural league title game on Dec. 3.

The RV-driven display was outside the north end Yost Ice Arena on Thursday. It will be there 4:30-7 p.m. Friday and at the corner of Main Street and Stadium Boulevard from 8:30 a.m.-noon and 3-4 p.m. on Saturday. Later Saturday, it will be outside of Yost from 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

CORRECTION TO TRU2BLU76's TYPO: The permanent home for the trophy will be in Columbus.

If Hoke has anything to say about it (and I think he does): that trophy will become a permanent display in Schembechler Hall. :-) As long as it's here: why not just hand it over now? :-)
