I wish Gary Moeller didn't drink. He was my favorite UM coach of that last 25 years. The dude had great defenses and wasn't afraid to open the offense up. For those who don't remember him: Think about the offense in the Gator Bowl against Florida in 2007. That was what Moeller did every week. He even had an undefeated season in his brief tenure as HC.

azwolverine...'Hey az, isn't it GREAT to be a wolverine!' It's time to rebuild the M family. I am excited again.....it's been way too long, my friend! Now it's time to work on title number 43! Go Blue!

Tater, that was actually kind of funny. Every time I see Hall on the B10 Network I remember him winning that lame ESPN sportscaster show. Lorain...what in the heck is going on? I actually find myself agreeing with you more often! Yes, a coach is only as good as the assistants he surrounds himself with. I also think Trgovac would be a good addition to the defensive staff, and I would further love to see Fred Jackson come back (AGAIN!). And most of all, I agree with your support of Hoke. I was quite excited by his passion today. My head is spinning, I found a post by both Tater AND Lorain that I enjoyed.

Hey John, do you just cut and paste this silliness? Tip, read your posts in advance of hitting submit. A good troll makes sense but is infuriating

@ musthave,, "Chills"??? From a Big Ten "Championship Team". Gimme a break. That is setting the bar way too low. Competing for a National Championship should be the goal.

I think for a lot of Michigan fans mediocraty is good enough. They dont want to go through the sacrafices it will take to compete on a national level. An occasional Big 10 championship is good enough. Then go to the Rose Bowl and get blown away because you stubbornly refuse to learn the lesson that the reason these teams are embarrasing you every year is because thier offense and defenses match up alot better from a scheme standpoint.

Mo's been there. I trust hiM on this one. I only would suggest they look into bringing Mike Trgovac in from the NFL to handle either the DLine or DC postion. Hoke will be only as good, as the assistants he surrounds himself with. Go luck Brady Hoke! WELCOME BACK!

I got chills listening him talk about the 5 championship teams he played on and his love for Michigan, Moeller and all things football. I know some people think this isn't the right guy for Michigan. I beg to differ.
