Could Michigan add one more 2010 football recruit?

By AnnArbor.com Staff

Just when the book seemed closed on the 2010 Michigan football recruiting class, one more possibility has emerged.

Tim at mgoblog.com reports that Ohio safety Latwan Anderson, one of two un-signed marquee prospects, has Michigan on his final list.

He notes that Anderson currently hasn't been offered by U-M and isn't sure whether there's room in the class for another recruit, but it's nonetheless an intriguing possibility for a team in desperate need of help in the defensive backfield.

The Anderson nugget is one of several good ones in this week's Wednesday Recruitin' at mgoblog.com.

There is always room at the table for one more! If they are smart, they will find a legal way to make it happen.

They haven't even given him an offer. I would wait until then before writing a story on it.

Why am I not surprised that a young man is chomping at the bit to be coached by the greatest of all time, our King Rodriguez?

This whole article is based upon unsubstantiated allegations. It comes from a blog.

With Kinard teetering on the brink of being a non-qualifier....why not?

I woulnd't count on it. It seems like it would be either West Virginia or the Buckeyes find some room in there payroll to add him. I'm fine with the recruits they signed, but he's more than welcome to join this class. GO BLUE!!
