Ex-Ohio State linebacker Chris Spielman talks about Michigan's recent struggles in the series

Former Ohio State and Detroit Lions linebacker Chris Spielman talked with Detroit radio sports talk show hosts Mike Stone and Bill McAllister of The Ticket (97.1 FM) on Tuesday.

Naturally, the first topic concerned the Michigan at Ohio State football game Saturday. Spielman says that Michigan is "offensively, as good as anybody in the Big Ten." But ... "I think defensively, they are not holding up their end of the bargain.

I think Chris Speilmans assesment of Michigan is spot on. In my mind rich Rods last day will be here soon. And i pray we get Jim Harbaugh.

@thosewhostayuofm: did you actually listen to the interview? or are you just criticizing the one line tag that the author of this article decided to include? in the interview, spielman advocates giving rodriguez more time. i would think that's right up your alley.
