University of Michigan athletic director Dave Brandon aced the 177-yard 11th hole at Tam O'Shanter Country Club on Monday while playing in a charity golf tournament, The Detroit News reported.

The hole-in-one was worth $10,000, with $5,000 to the Gleaners Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan and $5,000 to Brandon. Brandon donated his share to the charity.
