Michigan cornerback James Rogers discusses his 2 interceptions against Purdue
By Michael Rothstein
Michigan fifth-year senior James Rogers has had an odd college football career.
He's switched from offense to defense. He barely played, except for special teams, until this season.
Then he had the best game of his career Saturday in Michigan's 27-16 win at Purdue, picking off two Boilermakers' passes. And he was clearly excited about it.

@TrueBlueinOH, agree. I can't imagine going to school and sticking to practice so hard for 5 years and not being a consistent starter. To me, that is really just incredible. I am really glad to see players like Rogers on the team.

Having watched this team all year nice to see they are 7 - 3 (3 - 3 B10) play. Two reg season games left & they'll surely be large dogs, a split would be a great momemtum boost going into 2011 campaign. GO BLUE!!!

Glad to see this kid get his 15 mins of fame. He's stuck it out for 5 years with limited playing time.
