Michigan defensive coordinator Greg Robinson: 'Every year is different'

Michigan lost three of its best players - Brandon Graham, Donovan Warren and Stevie Brown - off a defense that allowed the second-most points in school history. Defensive coordinator Greg Robinson was asked Thursday why fans should believe the defense will be better this year.

Now I'm more worried than I was before. He has no clue of what they have or he won't admit that they are gonna be worse.

I find it interesting that when Robinson is asked about the defense, he talks about what he sees good from the entire team. Contrast that w/the head coach who completely ignored the defense and admitted it. Makes you wonder a little bit.

What A Pep Talk... I'm so fired up I went out in the dark tonight and tossed around my Rich Rod, Tate, Denard, and others autographed football. Robinson is right,....'the atmosphere is great'.... 'the players understand the expectations'.... 'and they are having fun'..... that is the recipe as any good coach knows - of success! Coach Robinson - great................Players atmosphere, expectations,fun - fantastic
