Michigan fan experiences part of Hall of Fame auction

University of Michigan sports fans and fans of other state college and pro teams can bid on 40 sports-related items and experiences to support the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame.

The University of Michigan items:

• A state rivalry week dinner: Dinner for 10 at Victory Inn with former Michigan State star Joe DeLaimelleure and former Michigan star Reggie McKenzie during the week leading up to next year's Michigan-Michigan State football game.

• A tour of the Michigan Stadium press box with broadcasters Frank Beckmann and Jim Brandstatter before a game in the 2011 season. The winner will also watch the game from the press box.

• A Michigan basketball package with two tickets to the Michigan-Oakland University game on Dec. 18, 2010, a John Beilein-autographed ball, dinner in Ann Arbor and a meeting with broadcaster Matt Shepard.
