More details on Michigan, Eastern Michigan spring football games

By AnnArbor.com Staff

The athletic departments at Michigan and Eastern Michigan recently announced additional details surrounding their spring football games.

Prime seats for the Michigan spring game April 16 at Michigan Stadium will be reserved for fans who use the athletic department's print-at-home ticket service.

The annual spring game is free and open to the public, but fans interested in sitting between the 30-yard lines on both sides of the stadium can go online and sign up for a free print-at-home ticket (limit 10 per household).

Fans who use that option will also be entered into a drawing for Michigan merchandise and two tickets for the Michigan-Notre Dame game on Sept. 10.

The school previously announced that the spring game would be used as a fundraiser for Mott Children's Hospital. For specific donations, fans can pick up gifts that range from a Desmond Howard trading card to a pre-game sideline pass for the Nebraska game on Nov. 19.

At Eastern Michigan, the April 10 spring game at Rynearson Stadium will include an opportunity for autographs and photographs on-field. Admission is free for the game, which kicks off at 2 p.m.

Eastern will also hold contests and on-field promotions throughout the event. Details are available on EMUEagles.com.

Good, wish I could be there but I'm far away in the High desert, so I'll hang my flag and watch it on the Tele.
